CHANGES, CANCELLATIONS,

Changes and/or cancellations must be made

in writing within 48 hours of placing your order.

Orders cannot be canceled or refunded once we have ordered the materials. Our items are made per your specifications, thus once an order is in production or has shipped, it cannot be canceled, refunded, refused, or returned, as we cannot resell customized items.

Therefore, no refunds or exchanges will be provided unless a mistake is made by MFP51 Designs.

However, we will work with you to rectify

any issues you may have

within 10 days of your order delivery.
